Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the revised CBT examination
schedule and Exam City Intimation Slip for RRB Group D Level-1 Recruitment
under CEN No. 09/2025.
The Computer Based Test will be conducted on 3 to 6 August, 9 to 14 August,
17 to 21 August and 25 August 2026. Candidates can check their examination
city, exam date and shift through the official login link.
The RRB Group D Admit Card / E-Call Letter will be made available approximately
4 days before the candidate’s individual examination date. Candidates are
advised to download their admit card and carefully check the reporting time,
exam centre address and examination instructions.

Important Information
- Exam City Intimation Slip is not the Admit Card. It only provides the examination city, exam date and shift information.
- The Admit Card / E-Call Letter will be available about 4 days before the candidate's individual examination date.
- SC/ST candidates can download the Travel Authority through the Exam City and Date link about 10 days before their examination date.
- Candidates must carry a printed Admit Card and two original identity documents to the examination centre.
- One original Photo Identity Document should be the same document whose details were provided in the application form.
- Candidates should keep their Aadhaar account in unlocked condition in the UIDAI system before visiting the examination centre.
- Check the examination centre address, reporting time, gate closing time and all instructions printed on the Admit Card.
- Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices and other prohibited electronic items should not be carried inside the examination centre.
- The selection process includes Computer Based Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination.
- CBT will contain 100 questions for 100 marks and the normal exam duration will be 90 minutes.
- There will be a negative marking of 1/3 mark for every wrong answer.
- Subject-wise questions: General Science 25, Mathematics 25, General Intelligence and Reasoning 30, General Awareness and Current Affairs 20.
- Candidates should use only the official websites of Railway Recruitment Boards for recruitment updates.
- Beware of touts or agents promising Railway jobs in exchange for money. Selection is based only on merit.
How to Fill Online Form
- Open the RRB Group D Exam City Slip / Admit Card login link given below.
- Enter the Registration Number and other required login details.
- Fill the captcha code and submit the login form.
- Check the allotted Exam City, Exam Date and Shift details.
- When the E-Call Letter is released, click on the Download Admit Card option.
- Verify the candidate details, examination centre address, reporting time and instructions.
- Download the Admit Card PDF and take a clear A4-size printout for the examination.
